It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address, if there is an error with the address and your shipment becomes lost in transit it is not Fountain of Purity Skin Care’s responsibility. We advise you to double check your shipping address before submitting your order. If your shipment becomes held in customs it is not Fountain of Purity Skin Care’s fault or responsibility. We do our due diligence and provide the utmost care with your orders when providing them to the shipment carrier once it has been handed over to the shipment carrier Fountain of Purity Skin Care is no longer held responsible for any lost orders or any orders held in customs.

Domestic orders take 2-3 business days to ship and 5-7 business days to deliver. International orders take 2-3 business days to ship and 7-21 business days to deliver. During the Holiday Rush International orders can take 4-9 weeks to deliver.
